A capacity audience attended the recent 2012 ICSA Annual Dinner, this year again sponsored by RBS International, with Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception supported by Appleby and held at the Mount Murray Hotel & Country Club, Santon.

Geoffrey Shepheard, International Vice President ICSA, presented a range of prizes and awards to ICSA students and the evening’s compere, Ron Berry, also led an entertaining Q&A session with after-dinner guest, TT legend Guy Martin.

Gillian Prestwich, ICSA IOM Chairman, ‘We were privileged to receive vital support from RBS International for the Dinner and Appleby for the pre-Dinner Drinks Reception. We were delighted that our principal guests Alan Crowe, MLC, Mark Shimmin and Guy Martin were able to join us and 3FM’s Ron Berry, who steered us through the evening, to participate and help make the evening such a success. We are also indebted to everyone who supported the evening and the charity raffle – we hope to announce the proceeds shortly.

2012 Annual Dinner and Presentation of Awards – Friday 23 March 2012

Tickets: Individual tickets are £50 each – Corporate tables for 10 places are £500 each.

We’re sure that it’s going to be a fun evening and know that it will be a sell-out, so we are giving priority booking until 23rd January 2012 to ICSA members and students and those Companies who have supported us in the past.  Any remaining places will then be made available to non-members. Isle of Man Airport Control Tower Tour

A departure from our usual summer break in the ICSA Isle of Man events programme!
Council have arranged for members (and other interested parties) to visit the new Airport Control Tower at Ronaldsway Airport on Tuesday 26 July 2011.
The tour of the Control Tower will take about an hour and will take place between 7 and 8 pm.

Numbers are limited to 20 so please reply promptly to ensure that you have a place allocated to you if this is of interest to you.

Please send responses to as usual. Confirmation that you have been allocated a place will be emailed to you in due course. Details of where and when to meet up with the rest of the group will follow.

ICSA IOM Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony 2011

The 2011 ICSA IOM Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony sponsored by RBS International was held on Friday 24th June at the Mount Murray Hotel & Country Club. Ron Berry was our Master of Ceremonies.

Our guest speaker was Eve Pollard OBE. Eve is the former editor of the Sunday Mirror, the News of the World and a TV Panellist.

During the evening there was a charity raffle to raise funds for two Isle of Man charities being Hospice Care and Bowel Cancer Isle of Man.
